Role in a nutshell:
As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets are met, and driving the overall performance of the team. You will lead by example, support team members in achieving their goals, and foster a collaborative and high-energy work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to provide guidance and feedback.
- Monitor individual and team performance to ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the team's sales capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and present insights to the management team.
- Create a positive and motivating atmosphere.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and feedback to improve the sales process and customer experience.
- Work closely with other departments to align goals and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
