Role in a nutshell:
Now, we are looking for a VIP Account Manager with Polish language who will be responsible for retaining VIP customers and increasing their lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
• Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues
• Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
• Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
• Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)
Qualifications:
• 2+ years’ experience in the Gambling business
• 1+ experience in portfolio managing
• Being able to search and find solutions to customers’ issues
• Be patient & have negotiation skills
• Comprehension of Casino, Sportsbook and Live Casino products
• Native/Fluent Polish Language,
• Good English Language Skills
• Multitasking,
