Role in a nutshell:
Now we're looking for a Czech & English speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Proficiency in Czech and English, both written and spoken;
✔️ Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills;
✔️ Attention to detail;
✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
