Role in a nutshell:
We are looking for a Customer Support Trainer with extensive experience in customer service to coach customer care professionals, monitor their customer interactions, and provide feedback on where they can improve.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Providing training to newly hired employees in groups of up to 15 people who are both in the same location and remote;
✔️ Providing refresher trainings to experienced employees who need to improve on certain aspects of the job;
✔️ Updating the training materials and the customer support knowledge base on a regular basis;
✔️ Participating in the nesting process for the employees who’ve recently graduated the beginner training;
✔️ Providing regular and effective feedback to both the newly hired employees and the management in order to make sure that each side is familiar with the progress of the new hires.
Qualifications:
✔️ Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English;
✔️ German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, French, Arabic, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian or Czech is considered an advantage;
✔️ Customer Support experience on the same or on a similar position;
✔️ Ability to work and cooperate in a fast-paced environment with a lot of daily updates;
✔️ Office-based is a must.
